Reservations and Payments:

  • a. All reservations are subject to availability. To book a guest room, the client must provide accurate information, including name, address, contact details, and valid payment details.
  • b. The reservation amount will be pre-authorized on the provided credit card, before the free cancellation deadline.
  • c. The remaining balance will be payable upon arrival with the payment method chosen by the customer.

Cancellation (any period except 11/22/2024 to 12/29/2024):

  • a. The client has the option to cancel their reservation at any time up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • b. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, cancellation fees equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
  • c. In case of cancellation less than one day before the scheduled arrival date, or a no-show without prior cancellation notice, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Cancellation (nights from 11/22/2024 to 12/29/2024):

  • a. The client has the option to cancel their reservation at any time up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • b. If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, cancellation fees equivalent to 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
  • c. In case of cancellation less than one day before the scheduled arrival date, or a no-show without prior cancellation notice, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

    Reservation Modifications:

    • a. The client may request reservation modifications, subject to availability. If the modifications are possible, no fees will be charged.
    • b. If the requested modifications result in a reduction of the number of reserved nights and the request is made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, cancellation fees equivalent to the nights removed will apply.

    Check-in and Check-out:

    a. Rooms are available from 16.30 on the day of arrival (check-in) and must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure (check-out).

    b. Additional charges may apply for late check-out, unless agreed upon with the management in advance.

    Liability:

    • a. The management disclaims any liability for theft, loss, or damage to the client’s belongings during their stay.
    • b. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and will be required to pay for necessary repairs.

    Respect of Premises:

    • a. The client undertakes to respect the peace and quiet of the premises and the comfort of other guests.
    • b. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and designated non-smoking common areas.

    Pets:

    • a. Pets are generally not allowed unless a specific exemption is granted by the management.

    Disputes:

    • a. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

    By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the client acknowledges having read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above, including the pre-authorization of the reservation amount on the provided credit card.
